Jeremy’s Work History
As an entrepreneur, I believe in the power of vision; as an innovator, I know that vision combined with creative ingenuity can change the way we use technology to enhance our businesses and our lives.
When I co-founded Quickable in 2011, I wanted to find a way to help buyers and sellers on sites like EBay and Craigslist connect faster, more efficiently, and from anywhere using a mobile device. By developing a mobile marketplace app for smartphones and tablets, my partners and I introduced technology that’s helping move the pendulum from e-commerce to m-commerce.
Through our innovative Quickable technology, online sellers can now easily promote their goods on multiple auction platforms with just a single click, and buyers can find exactly what they are looking for without having to scour all of these sites one by one.
In 2013, I founded Auction Mobility, a revolutionary mobile auction platform that allows auction houses, fine arts dealers, and collectors to increase visibility, generate exposure among a new generation of buyers and sellers, and maximize bidding for the one-of-kind items that are unique to the fine arts auction industry. I currently have the pleasure of serving as Auction Mobility’s CEO.
The Making of Jeremy Paradise
My first love has always been technology. Even as a boy growing up in the Boston suburb, Sudbury, my earliest memories are of playing “Castle Wolfenstein” on an Apple 2. I learned to code for fun at the age of ten, and entered the workforce as a software engineer.
Early in my career, I worked for Siebel, where I serviced large-enterprise clients including Chase Bank, MCI Worldcom, Grace Construction, and Keurig, among others. Progressing from software engineer through management and, eventually, to starting my consulting firm, Paradise Analytics (acquired by ECSS in 2004), I spent over a decade working with and providing services to companies such as: Oracle, Genzyme, Solidworks, Serono, Pfizer Adams, Fleet Bank, and Viacell.
Today, in addition to overseeing the growth and success of Auction Mobility, my goal is to continue finding exciting new ways to adapt technology to make the lives of folks like you and me simpler, more productive, and more mobile so we can all have more time to pursue our passions. For me, those include fine French wines, cooking, cigars, and reading history and business profiles.
